Chess is a board game played between two players. It is played on a chessboard, which is a square-checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an eight-by-eight grid. At the beginning of the game each player controls sixteen pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. The object of the game is to checkmate the opponents king, whereby the king is under immediate attack (in "check") and there is no way to remove or defend it from attack on the next move.

Nice apps if you like chess and you want to practice. The difficulty of the computer is a very good choice! And you can play 2 player. You can also play online but it take a long time to connect or to delete a game. Also the main screen take about 30 sec to load. The animation is great! What is nice to it that you can challenge friend with openfeint, facebook and twitter.

I wouldnt mind seeing some more options like the ability to set a time for a game (like 30 minutes for each player, customizable to whatever) and possibly another option for timed moves.

Some bad moments
I was trying to play with a friend and in the middle of the game, it freeze. Ive tried many time and always the same. Hope they will improve it.
Ive played a few games against another player and it has reset the game on me a fees times when you hit undo. Seems buggy. Please fix.
Bad graphics, unable to play as black, never able to finish a game due to freezing. Find another chess game.
You will rue the day you play this game. The programmer never loses. If you make a simple move and are ahead he calls draw. This is ridiculous. I had four queens and he calls draw. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This game is a joke. I am not great but if I take one move back he calls draw. This is a worthless game. I have beaten the program rarely as the games are 90% draws Do not download this game. It is poorly designed. I play this game to see the frequency of draws the programmers logic that incorrectly calls a draw. I laugh at the lack of thinking put into this chess game. I just played games. Five were called draws by programmers logic. No estoy estupido
